Ok this will trigger both.
Lifesteal of your physical damage and spell vamp of your magic damage.
So:
You will gain lifesteal AND spellvamp proc on your main target, and spellvamp only of minions/other champons from splash damage.

This spell may be an exception because it's magical damage and not a part of the physical damage, but spells like Parrrley and Mystic Shot both work with only life steal.
