1) I don't play much Dominion, so I won't be too helpful about the gameplay advice you've given. Item build seems fine, but generally in Dom I buy Boots first for the mobility.
2) Centred text looks very messy. You also don't need to copy the wiki code that people can read. It'd be better to replace that information in your own words.
3) Why would you place the skill sequence a long way away from the skill explanation?
Sorry for the lack of criticism, but your guide is actually pretty solid.
- Please change the title to include Dominion, or change the guide type to Dominion. I didn't realize it was a Dominion guide and neither would a new player
- Please recommend what summoner spells to use by ranking them, not just offering them. Ranking will help players decide A LOT easier
- Do the same for runes please
- Please explain in a bit more detail your masteries choices. For instance, your tanky build, why not 9/21/0? etc.
That's it. +1 for a nice guide, but please consider my suggestions. It'll help with new players a lot.
Not gonna give you a big review or anything like you did on mine (nooot too good with that), however, all I have to say with my quick scan here is, try to use a bit more images to make this guide more pleasing to the eye. I think that everything is really a bit too large with the icons and everything making it kind of off-putting.
I would take AD marks and Quints though, due to the 20% (give or take) ArP you get from masteries and the dominion buff. Improves her damage tons. AS isn't that great when your buying AS items anyways.
My only beef with this is rushing SFC, Sheen and Phage are better investment's early, THEN you get SFC :3
My other big beef is that you get hp/lvl seals which are ****, especially on Dominion, imo. Armor is much more useful.
Also getting 3 points in the AP/lvl mastery instead of Arpen is MUCH more useful since you already have the 10% arpen.
Getting 10% Mpen is an interesting idea, i'll have to test that out but it seems solid.
I do think that if you are getting hp/lvl seals it MIGHT be viable to go 9 in defense since you get +100 @18 as well, which is a cheap 200 hp. Not entirely sure I like it though.
anyways I +1'd
Too many points on your first mastery planner. You've got 25 points in offense and 8 in utility.
Second mastery build should have
You mention running
Tiamat is a terrible item. I mean, a REALLY terrible item. The splash damage is worthless, and you can get more benefit out of a B.F. Sword and Philo Stone. Except that Shyvana doesn't use mana, so that part of it is worthless, too. Don't even mention this in your suggested items. (Last Whisper and Ionic Spark are examples of things that are way better than this.)
Last Whisper is a comparable price, comparable damage, and gives you 40% ArPen to go along with the Crystal Scar aura. This really should be somewhere, I think.
Kitae's isn't that fantastic of an item, really. The % damage that you do is fairly minor. At about 4000 HP, you'll do an additional 100 damage in magic damage, before it's mitigated by MR. You get a double hit from your Q, so it's worth it on that hit, but most likely you won't get the hit off enough, I think. That's mostly my opinion, though. It would add some decent burst to your Q, but you could do much better with another item, like Ionic Spark (which you mentioned in your list).
You have pretty good amount of color. Not too much, and not too little.
Most of your build is really solid. I've mentioned thigns that aren't and what I think you could put in, but overall, nice job. I like it.
Any reason to ever change the skilling order? If there is, put alternative skill tress in the section. Not necessarily another build at the top, but in your skill sequence section.
Overall, this is a good guide. Fairly straightforward, so if you decide there's anything specific that you'd care to elaborate on, that wouldn't be a bad idea. +1
-Proofreading (Parenthesis indicate requested changes.)
In your runes section:
(A) (p)***ive ability that (r)elies on attack speed allows Shyvana to make great use of these marks.
I max Flame Breath (l)ast because I only need its (on-hit) effect of armor reduction.
With how unpredictable the (b)ottom lane of Dominion can be, I take these since the armor runes will seem like a "hit or miss" type (of) rune. I might switch it up once (r)anked (p)lay hits(,) but for now (I) will stick to these(.)
Havi(ng) a few (a)uto (attacks simply) not count can be very useful in a duel.

Must haves on Hybrid Shyvana(.) Flat AP will... On the other hand(,) if you wait

Items Section:

Ionic spark provides some HP to (h)elp Atma's along as well
A typical Hybrid build: (r)ush Heart of Gold into

Game Play:
pretty simple in Dominion. (A)s a fighter you should play her
In the opening I like to (t)ake Shyvana to the bottom capture point: it enables her to farm(,) and she is an excellent duelist.
(Your punctuation is missing on many of your sentences, but not all of them. This is mainly in the abilities, summoner spells, runes, masteries, and items section. Either add all of them, or take them all out. I don't mind either way, since this isn't a research paper or something, but be consistent.)
(You tend to capitalized words like Attack Speed, Magic Penetration, and Hybrid. These really don't need to be capitalized. They aren't proper nouns, and they aren't names. If you want to leave the capitalized, I guess you can do so, but I'm not going to specify every single event when it's widespread throughout the guide.)
Most of your grammar and spelling is good, but your punctuation needs work. Pay attention to your use of periods, commas, and colons. Often these are either missing or out of place.
You didn't make me work too hard, though. It's not even remotely the worst I've seen. ;) Let me know if you need me to be more specific about where the issues are.
We already did the compliment and +1 thing :X
