Thoughts:
Ranged AD: Still 21/0/9
Caster AP: 21/0/9 OR 9/0/21
Bruiser: 21/0/9 OR 9/21/0 OR 0/9/21
Support: Staple 0/9/21 (I THINK)
Jungle: I have NO ****ING CLUE.
I think these different masteries lowered the effectiveness of utility on damage-based champs, but still on tanks, supports, maybe junglers, still has more effect.

Supports could easily do 9/0/21 (sorcery/surge mastery) or 0/21/9 (mercenary/enlightenment/evasion).

The biggest problem I see with these is that the last points in offense and defense are kinda bad... (offense pretty bad while defense is ok)
I like most changes though.

I like most changes though.
The new 21 pt offense mastery will be excellent with the new champion, and will synergize with other skills that are stronger the less life people have.

Yesterday's few hours of correcting masteries went to dust now xD
In my opinion most champions will go with not full 21 on each tree (but even if they will go 21 they wont take the last mastery - at least not always)
But most of my masteries will be destroyed now, need to create new ones after patch.
