well, so far they have the new model which imo isn't good enough to be legendary. there is also a new voice which again just puts this on the scale of demon tryn of how good a legendary this is.

it would need to have amazing particle effects to justify being legendary.

Finally a skin where Vlad doesn't look silly. ^.^ I've always thought of him as not being a "silly" character what with his quotes and all, now finally a skin to make him look intimidating like he should be!
