Seems like they didn't really do anything with 
Sanguine Pool.
It should leave a staining trail, imo. That would show he was bloodier, that there's more volume to the amount of blood. This skin is basically more blood, right?

Yeah, I wanna see a crazy bloody Sanguine Pool. Leaving a bloody trail would be creepy in a nice way.

They did a voice over also... not just the effects etc. But yeah a trailing Sanguine Pool would be GREAT. Like Nocturne's Duskbringer right.
