Skin looks amazing...
I don't see why they don't spend time on all the new skins that come out like this, really pushing the art in this game in the right direction.

Time=Money
They probably have ~40+ champs circulating in development right now. Of which ~2 are in the "Go" phase of development which means a major portion of time and money is invested in making sure that champ A and B are being cleaned and polished in ~2 ways. Abilities/Mechanics and Appearance/Animations.
I'd rather they take there time in every aspect that way the finished products are things like Demonblade Tryn/New Vlad...Rather than "Pre-Void" Kassadin....They're developing as a whole (finally). We've seen it with their most recent balance fixes, they let the champs come out and then take their time to tweak them in, but most of the time the tweaks are minimal...Not like the Vlad nerfs he was slammed with over and over again, simply small tweaks here and there. I'd say their balance on champ release day has been better overall these past months.
But yeah new Vlad skin looks nice...Too bad I haven't played Vlad in forever because I suck with him XD.
