At first sight, ! On Kasssadin? Awesome! I love it, really! Sorry, that's just my enthusiasm. I always take on Kassadin but I always get people like: "cleanse on kassa? why?" Glad you share my thoughts. Anyway, let's just get started already.

Viability

Overall I feel that this build is pretty viable but I have some criticism of course:

Don't take Greater Seal of Ability Power, replace them with one of these: Greater Seal of Vitality, Greater Seal of Armor or Greater Seal Of Replenishment.
Greater Quintessence of Scaling Ability Power are really bad compared to the Greater Quintessence of Ability Power. The turning point is about at level 11.
Mejai's Soulstealer works great on low summoner levels and very low elo but when facing enemies with a brain, seriously it is wasting gold. Maybe it works for you because you are extremely pro, but never put it in a standard build when writing a guide.
Don't mention the worthless summoner spells, you may expect people to understand why they shouldnt take Clairvoyance.
If you build Void Staff you might want to take it slightly more late-game, when enemies have actually stacked mres.
After you got your Rabadon's Deathcap, I'd suggest you take a Zhonya's Hourglass OR an Abyssal Mask and finish Archangel's Staff after that. Of course, you could also go for Lich Bane after Rabadon's Deathcap but personally I'm not a great fan of Lich Bane on Kassadin.
Thornmail and Force of Nature suck on Kassadin, don't recommend those. Rather go with Frozen Heart (as you have mentioned) or Banshee's Veil.
If you get Void Staff, you should replace the Sorcerer's Shoes with Mercury's Treads.
"IMPORTANT: If you do not feel comfortable snowballing Mejai, I would recommend a different champion. You will end up building Kassadin more similarly to a standard mage, and, well, the standard mages are better at that and you might as well play one of them instead." I have mentioned it earlier, and I will mention it again. This is just compeletely not true, and you would know this if you were an avid Kassadin player.
Kassadin is capable of taking on any mage in mid, this includes Brand, Xerath and Morgana. Although, Xerath outranges Kassadin and Morgana is hard to kill but that is really it. Brand should pose no real threat to Kassadin. Also, Kassadin outdamages ad carries such as Vayne and Ezreal at about level 3-4 and owns them completely after level 6. Talon is one of the champions who poses an extreme threat to Kassadin.

Overall, this guide has a viable build but it is not optimal and I'd like to see the disappear.

Grammar

Overall the grammar in this guide is pretty good, far better than the most guides I've read. However, there are some small errors:

"you might argue Kassadin as wrecking balance." I think you should replace "as" with "is"
"get in get out assassin that has some" "that" should be "who"

Those were the only two I could find. The guide is written in a personal style that is either attractive or repulsive, there is probably no compromise. Personally, I'm not really into the style the author uses but that is just me.

Visual Appearance

Overall, the guide looks fine. At least the author has made use of icons, images, colours, etc. However, it could use a little more structure (e.g. with columns or indents). Also, the author is overusing colouring sometimes which is rather unpleasant to read. It is clearly visible that the author has spent some time on it but it wouldn't hurt to spend some extra.

In-Depth

The guide is reasonably in-depth. It shows explanations how to play and it shows some alternative items but that is really it. It mentions that one shouldn't play Kassadin versus Brand for example but it does not show a strategy when the reader finds himself in a situation like that.

My conclusion is that this guide overall is quite ok but it has some serious viability issues. It provides readers with wrong information which I personally find harmful. The author should focus on solutions instead of problems (i.e. he should describe how to take down instead of saying Kassadin shouldn't lane against ). Also, the author should definitely get rid of as decent players will easily counter this.

I don't get this, I mean if I liked a build I would want to read as much about it whether there were pictures or not, but I will get around to it eventually. The hard part was writing it all in the first place.

Great Guide, needs pics tho, I barely read it but I still liked. So check that guide that tells you how to do it cuz it would be way better. Anyway I gave a plus +1 because I like this build.
