Well the Guide-system on Moba is ****, 70% of at least is just favoritism on Vets, and after that its just "fanboyupvote"/"this guide has alrdy good % so i vote it up too", also to be Vet on Moba you dont need to have a clue about the game you just need, again, favoritism of the ones who choose the Vets

Oh somebody is posting THE TRUTH about an important person and making a logical observation from that fact, let us beat him senseless and not rec his guides! You vets are funny. This situation is comparable to those annoying-*** journalists who uncover **** about an important person's life, and then everyone hates on them with "personal lives are supposed to be secret" ****.
Even if the item build for any guide is golden, if somebody who's comments actually matter, like says, a VETERAN, says that the build is good without having tested it legitimately (against decent players) then his upvote is hollow, without any backing besides the theoretical behind it. We need veterans to see if the builds works in practicality. Don't be so high on your ****ing pulpits that you cannot acknowledge basic flaws in the veteran system.
You could make the argument that it is possible that he tested the build prior, but he specifically bragged about a game against trolls/feeders/unskilled players as evidence of the godliness of that build, so that does not work.

And astrolia, I don't think anyone came to this thread to defend Diesel's claim of a successful game. I think we're all a bit shocked that you would post something like this including his summoner name and call him out publicly and personally. If you're trying to make a statement, then at least have the decency to black out his name. Otherwise it just looks like you're trying to be cruel.
No one thinks the score is impressive or says it isn't true that Diesel's post is a bit funny considering the opponents he had.
It just looked like this was posted only to make vets look bad, which judging by the negativity in your comment seems to have worked, too.
We don't need veterans to be able to judge on whether something is viable or not, but I know for a fact that vets (well, at least the ones I know) don't think that we do either.

you a crazy *** nigga O__O But I have already figured that out from prowling around Mobafire.
^^ I would love to compare numbers of mobafire.com to sites likes solomid.net and clgaming.net
EDIT: Of course it makes the veterans look bad. How could it not? Smarter people of course don't need veterans to judge a guide, but guess where the regular people who just want a decent build go? To the veteran-recommended guides, of course. Now if we don't need veterans to judge guides for us, why give them the power to recommend? If the vets think the same way, why recommend a guide? a)It creates bias. b)Veterans can't go around and look at every guide (which I remember one of them stating in some thread long time ago).
There is no substance to your argument, you are just using wording to make my post seem stupid.

lol, do you really need that last sentence to make your post look more convincing?
There's a difference between the vets thinking we need them to recommend guides for us and help us out and vets simply liking to recommend guides that they think are good.
I'm not saying it's great that they can recommend guides because being a vet doesn't automatically make that person a high ELO player with a lot of knowledge of the game, but you're making it sound more negative than it actually is.

Are you saying you're going to not recommend a stellar guide (which you even admitted to being a strong sona guide) just because of someones personality?
Where have you been?
MobaFire is a popularity contest, not a place where effective and practical guides are well received. If you manage to piss someone off with a solid realm of influence, there go your hopes of having a well receieved guide!
As long as you kiss everyone's ***, you're safe.
