and i already have the tenacity from Mercury's Treads, and ~15 magic pen from runes, so moonflair spellsaber is useless.

The sole reason Kennen is good is because of his ability to sustain himself with Spell Vamp. GET SPELL VAMP. As first item too, preferably.
