Mordekaiser doesn't need CC to be viable, he needs the ability to lane.

Actually couldnt see that many Mordes even pre-nerf either, but back then he still could rape early on.
After those nerfs its just not worth it anymore.
Youll trade bad early/mid and no dmg for unique ulti.
If he cant use ulti ghosts to deal massive dmg late game, the looks is all thats left.
