In all seriousness, if I were to speculate on what the site is, I'd say either Riot is using hella hella hella smoke and mirrors (imageshack for a company that has its own servers? lol), or someone's doing some type of outside project. Possibly a build maker or something. Or trolling. Won't know until there's more info available, which may never happen.
