well the border is made with some brushes I have...

The fonts are:

&
http://www.dafont.com/something-dangerous.font
And the text on both of them was made using a clipping mask.
the second one has a bevel and drop shadow on the text (done after I made the clipping mask and deleted the original text) and is set to addition instead of normal.
