IDK if it will be better then AP tanky, but Atmogs's will be a heck of a lot more viable. 0_0

You don't need Atma's at all, it doesn't synergize with the kit.

Just build him like a Nasus with Trinity and tanky *** items + some CDR.

l0l well the logic is, no AD scaling, yet lots of built in HP based damage (12% of 4k is 400+)

So theoretically with TF and Ki strike, and around 4k HP, we'll be sitting at around 600-700 damage when they both go off...

Might as well just tank it up or get some AP items going or somethin' ^_^

I agree HP will be an absolute must. Shen does have some great AP ratios as well, though. Kinda hard to think of a good combo of HP, AP and resists that doesn't take all game to build.

Which is actually the only realistic problem with "AP Shen" right now imo.

However I think Revolver - Warmogg's could bear some nice results.

Rylai's Crystal Scepter anyone?

Combined with Warmog's Armor, Zhonya's Hourglass and Abyssal Mask could work. Also Guardian Angel is never wrong.
