I don't think SFC and Scepter are all that viable.

Also i'm not saying that combo works all the time, but it's a teamcomp that can still work with a full tank :3

Basically, health and AP are both good on him since he scales pretty damn well with both now. Since he's a tank you'll obviously still need resists. It's kinda hard to come up with solid build that has all of that.

Well, the build mentioned earlier is pretty much a good choice.
Sufficient HP/AP/utility but you'll miss ar/mr that way, let sb else initiate for you while you come in 2nd to taunt/focus targets of priority.
