It actually derives from a police acronym, meaning "Council houses and violence", if I remember correctly, and was used to describe situations.



Yes, every British person despises chavs. One only has to look at the London riots to see that.


It makes me angry that that video practically sums up a good 10-20% of the British young population. I hate Britain so much. Apart from the tea. The tea is good.

Oh really Xenasis, I was thinking about violence, but was more sure it was vulgar, vulgar is more 'English'. Anyway yeh, pretty awful.
