i played him today and he is awesome..
his mechanics are all new and i am eager to learn playing him
good job riot
and btw...
you do not really notice that there is an inventory spot missing. First of all i played a 70 minutes game today and i was dominating all over the match. Second the spot isnt wasted at all, because the hex core give you some stats as well.
Next time play him, then go for criticism.

I think he's fun too. I'm a little reckless with him while leaning to get good with that lazer, but over all he's a fun champ. I prefer yellow staff. anyone else?

Nope.
Only item upgrade mildy worth having is the Red one, and it's pretty bad.
He doesn't do enough damage, he can't build tanky, and he doesn't have enough range to justify all of the above.

He is not bad, it just takes practice to learn how to use his skills right. Use that power ability to keep your shield up and positioning of gravity field is crucial and use that Ult with multiple targets around(if there is a team fight) It will kill the one with the lowest health and do AOE damage to other champs really helping out your team.
