All champions have 200% Critical Damage by default. It just means that if your champ crits it will do 200% of normal damage. Your Critical Chance is still 0% unless you invest in masteries/runes/items.
The only things that modify Crit Damage as far as I know are
Infinity Edge,
Lethality
, and Crit Damage runes.

Actually taking a look at some other guides and you seem to be right, they do say 0% for Critical Damage. :s
I can assure you though, all champions have 200% Crit Damage by default. No idea what system Mobafire is using to make it show up as 0%. Maybe it's a bug.

I'm sure it'll be fine. You can always archive it and make changes if something comes out wrong or bugged.
It's a bug with the system, when guides are not published yet, for example i can't change the name of my guide before it is published.
