Riot doesn't really have much customer loyalty past "oh well I already bought 5 skins, why would I want to switch mobas if I don't get that money back", and if they plan on actually sticking around as a dev/pub house they're going to need to start creating some brand loyalty. Things like this would be great ways to do it.[/quote]
