Very nice build. Dorans shield is awesome in early game. Just 1 thing, fix your defense talents there's an error (with veteran's scars).

I think this build is to much about early game and mid game. Its true you get an awesome laning phase with this build, but lets be honest rumble always has a awesome laning phase. I think you lack survivability big time. In my eyes Rumble's main strength lies in the fact he can deal a lot of dmg while being tanky enough to soak up a lot of dmg. Your build doesn’t benefit him in this way. Your focused purely on dmg (except for your last 2 items which has some decent defense stats). You don't get any tenacity which is a good way to die fast. I would advice to go with mercury's threads. The masterie's stated to get ain't possible. I've read there is a problem with this in your build and I would implore you to get this changed a.s.a.p.

Furthermore I cant appreciate the fact you tell people overheat isn't worth the trouble. Such a comment makes me think you've played the champ twice before making this guide. I know this sound harsh but really did you ? Lets do the math shall we ?

Lets assume we've finished your full build at lvl 18
This means overheat will do 20+(5xLvL)90+(30%AP)100=210 bonus magic dmg.

Cool downs are 10 seconds for Electro-Harpoon and 6 seconds for Flamespitter so after using both in this sequence we can't attack for 6 seconds. So why not get silenced and take the bonus dmg ???

My suggestion to you : keep between 45 and 55 heat. Use Scrap Shield (65-75 heat) use Flamespitter (85 – 95 heat) use Electro-Harpoon to overheat. AA your enemy while Flamespitter is still on them and trow your second shot of your Electro-Harpoon at them. This sequence will burn there hp away in a instance.

I hope my comment helped and I implore you to also check out my Rumble guide.

Well, if you dont see it properly ill give it to you. Its 21/9/0 taking all ap damage in the red tree and amor and mr in the defence tree.

well for me it shows you have 3 in both resis and hardness and then 2 points in vigor and 1 point in vet scars which is not possible since you need 4 points in durability.

Spoon approves this guide ;D
like starting with boots and health pots more and 9/21/0 but
flat ability runes worked pretty well and items are spot on.

Thanks this build actually worked but i decided to change it to a dorans ring instead of shield. I discovered that rumble cant really deal the extra damage until level 6!

Thanks Kenagon!
