Udyr, definitely, both in which looks more badass and which will give you more victories!
And I dare suggest that with udyr you will quickly get another 3.1k ip for lux. Quicker than the other way around ;p

lux is real fun when playing blind pick cuz there's a lot of bad players that can't counter lux (even though she's real easy to counter)

- Sustained damage
Lux stuff:
- Mid laner
- Burst damage
- Snare
- Slow
- Long ranged ult
- OP laugh
- Ranged
They are so different, really can not compare them. Perhaps you should wait until either of them is in the free week rotation, so you can test one. If you like -> buy, if you dont like -> buy other :P
