no, go w > q > w > e then r > w > e > q
her w deals 50% more damage to those affected by her passive, and her q makes everything it hits affected by her passive, effectively extending the duration of w by 1.5 seconds to the little wolves/wraiths.

I would probably go RoA, Randuin's, Scepter (holy **** dem slows), BV, Deathcap, Lucidity boots. W does almost 1200 damage, nearly 4k hp, although only 150 armor and 100 MR (which to a degree armor seals and mr glyphs help).
If I was jungling I think I would probably start with dorans shield or doran's ring, take w > e > w > q go wolves > blue > wraiths > golems > wolves > gank top or golems > red gank mid or red > golems gank bot.
Not sure if that works really well on her though.
