Riven can lane against literally everyone, and beat them in lane as long as they are not hard counters.
Gp is no hard counter.
Gp is about equal to Riven. Probably a bit stronger pre-6, but Riven is stronger after 6.
That being said, I never lost a lane as Riven vs GP and I lanes against quite some. :P
