though it appears to me that which one it's stuck on depends on the computer...because a couple people have said "I'm stuck on this one" and I see a totally different one. Or I see the one they say it's stuck on....so weird.

I noticed this also.
Semi related, it could just be due to how often the side bar updates, because I know it isnt instant, but it could be because of the above mentioned issue. There are some discrepancies between percentages on a couple guides and the displayed percentage on the list of guides off to the right. Will look around to see if I notice others.
EDIT: yeah, becomes pretty apparent looking at sej guides.

Just a note;
when ever you add text or take out text the signature will change to another image but, it still remains un-randomized.
