i don't expect ziggs to be nerved, its the same with xerath you can dodge his skills easy enough but he'll stay an anoying little bugger and will destroy anything to dumb that stand in his path

He looked pretty balanced to me, I'm afraid now he'll be a little OP. Again...
And this dmg reduction on Counter Strike looks like attempt of restoring some of his tankiness(lost after passive change).
However, I must say that I'm happy with Ashe buff. That cooldown on 1st level was really annoying.
Generally - patch looks nice, I'm looking forward especially to try new items.
