I believe that 
Amumu, Fiddlesticks & Galio are #1 game-changers. One of those ults may turn teamfight from "oh sh*t" state into "epic win" state.
Other champions which can do it are Morgana, Yorick, Tryndamere, Zilean, Sion and Veigar.
Honarable mention goes to Kayle, which can be 0/50 and still make enemy team QQ like little girls. ;p

My hubby plays Taric and I play Orianna. Dat ult. I've also just recently learned to smartcast, so mages are about 500 times easier for me to play now. XD

Well, I certainly agree that Orianna is a gamechanger in some cases.
One of my latest matches (think it was ranked) I used my combo of Q > W > R to destroy the enemy AP carry in a teamfight and to fling the other champions in your team! It was 4 v 5 in a few seconds and we completely aced them!
Very, very nice ultimate and I don't believe Orianna needs buff at this time. I'm playing her now as my main AP-carry mid and it goes very well against all chars actually! You just need to know how to play against them (for example, you need to approach LeBlanc very passively, while you need to play aggressively against Kassadin early-game because he is still very weak then)
P.S. Buffs are nonetheless always welcome ^^

Nothing changes the outcome of a match like when you land that perfectly placed Sejuani ultimate... that signals your team to scatter in all 4 winds and do something totally different :/
