How to report someone

[/quote] Don't know much about IP addresses, but wouldn't creating the fake account on your mobile phone be a simple way to get past it?[/quote]

It went from 74% to 69% in rating, and dropped 3 places on the top ten Talon guides. It's so annoying that after I spent all that time fixing up the guide so that it would remain high-rated when I unarchived the guide again that all that effort gets undone by someone with a probably low-quality guide wanting to be further ahead in the top 10 Talon guides. Now to regain the rating I lost I have to wait for someone to notice my guide again which has gone from 3rd top rated Talon guide on mobafire to just another one of the low rated Talon guides on the top 10.[/quote]

I will update the text to be clearer, however this list on the report page was put in place to reduce the burden on our mods for reports that they could do nothing about. If you suspect someone of cheating the system to vote multiple times, go ahead and use that last item on the report page to report them.[/quote]
