Indeed I do, I love the game. But most of the ideas are very bad.
The possibility of getting fed is wrong, and the only argument people come with is that "if you kill someone you shall get rewarded".
Think about it in sports and stuff, you get to use your hand at football becuse you got a goal for your team.

When players score a goal in football they get a point for their team, this is not the case in LoL where the only 'points' come from inhibitors and the nexus. If you remove gold from champion kills, there's no incentive to even fight the other team.
Removing snowball from LoL would destroy the game completely. Who the hell wants to play a 40+ minute game where the team that wins is basically decided at random? You'd need to shorten the game length and make it more fast-paced.
There's already a game mode for that and it's called Dominion.
What you want would kill off all strategy and purpose and make it an extremely boring game where everyone spends 20-30 minutes peacefully farming because there's no point trying to get kills and then another 20 minutes charging at the enemy nexus and backdooring towers. There's plenty of non-snowball games with objective modes that last for a lot less than 40 minutes if that's what you're looking for.
Like I can't imagine anything more tiresome than playing incredibly well and racking up the kills for 40 minutes and still losing the game because it gave you no advantage over the other team. It still happens sometimes even with the current system, but at least at the moment it takes a big mistake or a great play to come back from being far behind.

I want a Halo mode. Where people spawn randomly on the map with a weapon and have to kill each other. There isn't a mini map, only a "radar". Upon death you respawn in a different location. Either first team to 50 kills, or team with most kills after a certain time limit.
