And regardless, if your target has more than 150 armor (really, really easy to do), you'll end up getting more benefits out of LW. Even if it's a timed debuff, you, as the carry, will need the armor reduction more than most others on your team. QQ I kind of hate TBC. Gotta collect all the BF sword items! Critical to any AD carry's success. Also QQ: there are supposed to be tornadoes and general extreme bad weather in my area.
