I think it just takes a while before it shows. That, or the upvote counts but the percentage just does not go up.

I'm not sure what problem you guys are having, I just tried and it worked fine. Note that the score and vote count won't currently update right away, but as long as you get the note that your vote was received then all is good.
If you don't get the note that your vote was received... When were you trying? What browser/OS do you use? Is it all guides or just some? I am unable to replicate the problem so there's not really any way for me to fix it.

It's so wierd, sometimes it works and most times it doesn't. I just attempted 3 times and it didn't work. Before those 3 times one worked. I don't know if it's in time intervals or something, but it's really buggy, I never get the note that I successfully voted.

I use google chrome, and this has happened on many guides, most recent being CasterMaster's Kassadin Guide. Most of them I've forgotten, but I'm fairly sure it happens at different times rather than on certain guides, because I think one that didn't work before, worked like an hour later. I still can't vote on the Kassadin guide however.

I myself am using firefox and I believe that it works fine. Though many other people cannot vote on the guide and I think they too are using firefox. Quite strange
