"I use google chrome, and this has happened on many guides, most recent being CasterMaster's Kassadin Guide." Exactly the same here. I can generally vote on established popular guides, but not the newer ones. Never get the message that the vote went through.
If I'm reviewing your guide, it'd be nice to return the favor.

I too have been having issues voting on guides. I will click the upvote button and nothing will happen. Refreshing the page does nothing. Downvoting the guide seems to do nothing. I have only tried it on a few guides, and only guides that have C2V so that I know I am not giving some poor user a random downvote.

I am using Chrome.

Comes at a bad time for anyone just putting out a new guide (like me) because nobody can vote on it at least for now, and if this takes too long to fix these guides won't show up as new anymore. Oh well.

I am using Firefox and I tried it on a Mac, it did not let me vote. I tried this at different locations too. :/

The problem affected everyone that tried to vote on a guide with C2V enabled that hadn't reached 20 votes. So it was only coincidence that you didn't notice it during that period. It's fixed though :)
