Fiora Guide
Fiora, the Terror of Demacia
Wrong start you cannot spend your money to warmogs at the beginning I think
It's not considered beginning 15 minutes into the game. You should be fed enough to get both trinity and warmogs by now.
Your build takes to long to get some serious damage going. I mean in most game you will only make it to Warmog's Armor. If you are lucky you will get to Infinity Edge.
Hmm... Actually, if you play Fiora right, she will be easily 5/1 when you get Warmog's. By 20:00, you will have a bunch of farm and Infinity edge should be no problem.
+ Good use of BBCoding.
+ Covers all the basics there are to Fiora.
- Mention only the runes you normally use in your Cheat Sheet, the rest goes in your Runes section in your guide.
- Strange chapter order. Imagine you are going to try the champ for the first time. First you set the Runes, then the Masteries, then the Summoner Spells and then the Items.
- Coding error in Items section; It's
- Coding error in Situational Items section; you forgot the close tags at PD.
- No need for a special section for Elixirs; just mention them in your items section.
Now that I have given you some tips, time to go to the ratings:
Appearance: 8/10
Cheat Sheet: 7/10
Contents: 6/10

ill fix / decide some stuff for you ;)
for marks, take desolation. Flat ad is only good on ranged ad really.
for glyphs, don't take cdr. if your really want the cdr, take those points in the defense tree.
your item build is good, except before buying warmogs you may want to buy one crit item or something. Your damage will be lacking.
why do you start with ruby crystal?? it barely helps. start with boots and 3 health potions. Your first recall you will get Phage anyways, and boots allows you to lane better in general.

"Not Reccomended" for Phantom Dancer, I don't go a single game without it. The extra crit chance is amazing, and with IE its just a burst of over 1000 damage, not only that once you hit your E, your pretty much unstoppable.
I'm guessing you just looked at the build? In the situational items section, it mentions PD, but I won't recommend it. Fiora isn't really crit type, she is full attack damage.
