Right now the item seems not very used its not really core for any one i kinda consider it core for fizz i find it best on him gives attack speed, cdr and ap which he all uses but other than him i dont see any one using it. Maybe teemo but honestly he does not need cdr or ap. Hes on hit dmg and he can easily get more than enough attack speed from malady, wits end and blood razor.

Atmog Kayle + wits end is pretty epic. Even trought it seems like i'm the only one weird enough to play that :DD.

For it,s price, I do believe Nashor's tooth isn't worth it. They're MUCH better items out there that are cheaper. But if you like it, take it. I'm just a Nashor tooth hater :p

Champions I have found that it's really good on (especially considering the somewhat recent buff): Kayle, Teemo, Taric, Kassadin, Cho'Gath, Evelynn, Kog'Maw, Twisted Fate

Some of them, it's better to rush Malady on though.
