I do exercise on a daily basis. Incapacitating women and carrying them all the way up the stairs to the 8th floor (so I don't run into anyone in an elevator) is a really good workout for both my legs and arms, specially when they wake up in the middle of the process. I advise people using this workout to pick your target wisely, too thin and it'll barely warm you up, too fat and you'll put too much strain on your back.

I used to follow that regimen but I found that it starts to take a toll on your knees if you aren't careful.
