Alright, I used the items for 3 games. One of them was a Bot match. This is what I found;
The attack speed made Righteous Fury Godlike, so points for that. Was shredding their magic resistance with Malady and once I got Black Cleaver all hell rained on them.
That said, I found some setbacks. Lifesteal, that only works if you are doing physical damamge. Kayle is a champ that relays on her abilities, especially Righteous Fury and even more so when laning against a ranged/mage character/s. So I found that pretty useless.
Since I was mostly up against people with normal ranged/mage attack I did have to spam Righteous Fury to get to gold/kills. I was quickly running out of mana. Doran's Ring really helps this and this was the first item I took in the 3rd game. Also, Kayle isn't a very fast champion. Sure she has a small speed boost but only for 2 seconds. Boots of speed need to be your second item.
Runes. Well I have Attack speed Reds, Mana reg Yellows, flat Magic resist Blues and Attack speed Quints. You use Armour Yellow which is always good to have however as Kayle is mana hungry I do believe the mana regn work just as well if not better. Allowing you to spam those abilities a bit more and put fear in your enemies of coming too close to you. Life steal is useful if you are able to melee but Kayle doesn't do that a lot. The spellvamp Quints would be much better on Kayle or even Attack speed Quints (Which is what I have.)
Hope this helps.
Let me start with saying this first. Thank you for giving me you're info.
Also, Kayle still accounts for physical damage when using her E. I do have another build where I go into a gunblade but spell vamp doesn't give her as much life as regular lifesteal items. Now, I don't have spellvamp runes so that could be a set back to it. But I mainly chose lifesteal because this is an AD build. On top of that, I think you must somehow spam your E a lot more often than I do, because I have yet to have any mana issues. xD
I can't tell you to buy pricey IP runes if you don't want to. So by all means keep what you have and bend my build. I am just glad to see people are using it and adapting it. But if you stack 3 lifesteal Quints, you would be surprised at how much sustain she can have. Now, its not WW lvl but it can get up to about 100+ per hit. Put simply, you can solo baron no problem. (Though I now many AD carries can solo baron around lvl 18)
In conclusion, (lol)
I appreciate you're help with testing out my build. I will see about making different set builds for different play styles. I really want to make sure I have a good Kayle build before I show my FlashLight Lux. xD~~

I haven't tried this build out however I have played as Kayle in many, many matchs. I look forward to trying this build out.
Now onto my suggestions. You need a 'Situational Items' section. Yes every guide has them and yes most people know what to do if up against certain champions but not all of them.
Also you need to go into a little more detail about Kayle's Intervention. For example, don't use it on an ally if all you are going to do is prolong their death for a few seconds. Also I understand where you are coming from about leaving it to last but that .5 of a second, or whatever it is can be quite valuable.
With the masteries built the way they are, don't you find that you don't have a lot of man, especially early game? Kayle is very mana hungry early and I guess I do enjoy spamming out my abilities, especially to get the last hit.
Just a few thoughts. As I said before, looking forward to trying this out.
I appreciate the comment. I have actually been wanting to update it with some more information but I have been practicing it in ranked games and more pvp's. So I want to make sure I get accurate info. haha
Anyhow, my mana is not an issue as far as I use it lol. Yea, I get a little spammy too from time to time but I guess that will be part of the info I will add to this build. :P ~~ The only times I really start to spam is when I am lvl 5 and have a few of the items.
On a side note, today I was forced to go into a tank kayle during a ranked game. (Got stuck with idiots) But middle of the game I decided to just sell and start building into this build and was able to hold off the other team for a good while before they bum rushed me. haha ~~ Well good luck to you with my build and I hope it does you well. Let me know how it goes. :)
