Also, the xp changes seems fine, so do the Ui changes (FIRST BLOOD!!!!!!!!!)

Im most looking forward kayle changes im gonna try her as ap support similar to karma.
And also xp changes might make come backs more likely.

As far as i remember they already tried to fix this in the past? Thought this buf was already fixed AGES ago...
And regarding runes... again a change enforced thx to meta....

I actually kind of like this patch. The runes will allow mages to be stronger. Teemo bug fixes which means hes more viable than ever. Even the EXP gain means comebacks will be more likely to happen
