If you get Wit's I recommend getting Randuin's next.
If you get TBC, I recommend not buying the Wit's.

First item when the game starts is the boots of speed.
1. Wriggle's Lantern, This seems as a fairly save start build. It helps in armor, ad, and life steal.
2. Mercury's Treads, This is because of the rare tenacity (sorry if i misspelled) buff it gives, along with some magic resist, and of course, movement speed.
3. Black Cleaver, This is a risky one as the B.F. Sword Is expensive and will take a while to get. I picked this as a 3rd item because by now you can kill the dragon for faster money.
4. Wit's End, For its very good AS, its good passive, and the magic resist is a good boost.
5. Frozen Mallet, At this point I believe a little Hp is in order. Luckily this comes with AD and a very good passive if some tries to run away.
6. Madred's Bloodrazor, I left this for last because of its extreme high price. Its not something you want to save for mid game, and especially not early game. It has a good amount of armor and AD, and its very good passive for those tough tanks.
For #2, If the team is COMPLETELY made up of physical people, I'll get the Ninja Tabi boots instead. The reason why I say completely is because its effect is good on both mage and fighter types (because of its passive), but if all the people are physical types then 50% of the items usefulness is gone.
