Don't get me wrong, i like your guide much, it's very good (although very short) but i give you some advices and ideas - little food for thoughts to make you improve your game style =)
I have 2.. not really concerns, but comments.
#1: Get a philo stone, it is REALLY good on nasus for the mana regen *q*, health regen also gives lane sustain. And then the gold per 10 passive, which is really nice because nasus is a very expensive champion.
#1.5: Kinda ties into one, but I reccomend a Heart of Gold on him to. Trust me, they are a great combo for nasus.
#2: Late Late game trinity force. Although trinity force is a AMAZING item on him early-late, once you reach the 60~ minute mark on those ******edly long games, and your q farm exceeds 500 *it should be around 700-800~* then you should sell it for Last Whisper.
Logic? Trinity force gives around 200 extra damage *it does not stack off q farm, just procs from your q*. Meaning trinity force damage=+200, last whisper damage=+40 AND 40% Armor Pen on your 700-800 Q farm. The other team will have armor, they are maxed at this point so it is 100% worth it. Between movespeed quints *I didnt check if you get them, but I do seriously reccomend them* and Force of Nature's movespeed, you dont need the movespeed from sheen. At that point of thegame, you wont need Mana from it or the crit chance/ap/others.
^ Is only for like, 60 minute games, which happends not to often on Nasus.
#3: Just thought of it, but Frozen Heart is a amazing item on him in replacement of Thorn Mail. It reduces the enemys attack speed and help cripple them, while giving the same amount of armor. It is a better item then thornmail, just more expensive is all
