"This guide focuses on players that are level 30 and have a more or less complete runepage for this as explained later on. Player of lower levels might find this useful but might find it hard to use since the quintessences are a crucial part of the build."

your like the first person the write this in a guide while all others thinks that of course all who read their guides is lvl 30 and stuff. Nice done.

First of all build is generally good, and id +1'd it

Now, let's have a look at your choices and advices.
You decided to build Nasus almost fully tanky - thats very good idea as Nasus only with his Siphoning Strike (when farmed a lot) deals extremly high damage and doesn't need much more damage upgrade, just more farming and... tankyness.

The most efficent single item for Nasus is ofcourse Trinity Force - it gives him so much, that it's just must-be item.

Some might want to buy this ( Randuin's Omen). I don't since I hate having items with an active, it's a thing I simply forget

Well, by far Randuin's Omen is most powerful item to be tanky against physical damage dealrs, even without active, and active helps not only with defence, but also gives you possiblity to stick to your target better, after Wither ends. Another very important thing for Nasus is that its component is hearth of gold. You are pure lategame champion, you need to farm a lot, and gold generators are very good for such champions. Think over it.

Also Frozen Heart is extremly powerful on Nasus for 2 things: it provides well needed cooldown reduction that increases your damage output (you can use Siphoning Strike much more frequently, also it provides huge mana bulk, and that's one of your problems. Second thing is huge armor bump and attackspeed reduction aura, so it gives a lot of defense and ofense at once.

If you combine Frozen Heart with Randuin's Omen you gain 25% cooldown reduction, 174 armor, 350 health, and 55% overall attackspeed reduction fo enemies. That two items together makes you indestructible.

Keep in mind that you have very high base health as well as your Fury of the Sands increases your health pool A LOT. Generally Warmog's Armor is not needed for that reason, as it's more beneficial for Nasus to get armor/magic resistance rather than more health (you can read my guide where i give you exact values, when you should go more into armor, and when more into health - link in signature).

Banshee's Veil is generally good item, but it's spellblock is so much overrated, that even people who don't use/need mana create it.

Force of Nature is by far highest magic resistance single item in game, but it's extremly cost inefficent - if you take a look at gold you spend to gain all the magic resistance from upgrading negatron cloack to Force of Nature you'll see it's not worth it. I don't mean Force of Nature is bad item - it's just not worth upgrading ONLY for magic resistance, it has other more important things: extra movement speed and huge health regeneration. Keep that thing in mind

Mercury's Treads is item for crowd control reduction rather than magic resistance

Think about Quicksilver Sash - it's extremly good counter - item against heavy crowd control ( Malzahar, Morgana) that can literally make you useless if you get caught. It's very cheap as for things it provides, high magic resistance and gankplank's oranges at once :). It's generally way better item than Banshee's Veil as YOU decide which effect (or even effects) to take off, not your enemy. Good players usually cast something to kill spell shield before main poke or crowd control abilities, so it won't save you as good as Quicksilver Sash does - you should add this item to items list chapter.

Last thing about items: Sunfire Aegis is very bad item itself. Damage provided is very weak, and cost efficency is extremly low, as for 800 gold costing upgrade you gain only the passive. Is that passive worth spending 800 gold? I don't think so. If you want armor and health in one item, Randuin's Omen comes WAY better.

Don't get me wrong, i like your guide much, it's very good (although very short) but i give you some advices and ideas - little food for thoughts to make you improve your game style =)

Good guide, I like how you comprehend that your only damage you need is trinity an q farm, the rest can be tanky.

I have 2.. not really concerns, but comments.

#1: Get a philo stone, it is REALLY good on nasus for the mana regen *q*, health regen also gives lane sustain. And then the gold per 10 passive, which is really nice because nasus is a very expensive champion.

#1.5: Kinda ties into one, but I reccomend a Heart of Gold on him to. Trust me, they are a great combo for nasus.

#2: Late Late game trinity force. Although trinity force is a AMAZING item on him early-late, once you reach the 60~ minute mark on those ******edly long games, and your q farm exceeds 500 *it should be around 700-800~* then you should sell it for Last Whisper.

Logic? Trinity force gives around 200 extra damage *it does not stack off q farm, just procs from your q*. Meaning trinity force damage=+200, last whisper damage=+40 AND 40% Armor Pen on your 700-800 Q farm. The other team will have armor, they are maxed at this point so it is 100% worth it. Between movespeed quints *I didnt check if you get them, but I do seriously reccomend them* and Force of Nature's movespeed, you dont need the movespeed from sheen. At that point of thegame, you wont need Mana from it or the crit chance/ap/others.

^ Is only for like, 60 minute games, which happends not to often on Nasus.

#3: Just thought of it, but Frozen Heart is a amazing item on him in replacement of Thorn Mail. It reduces the enemys attack speed and help cripple them, while giving the same amount of armor. It is a better item then thornmail, just more expensive is all

I think this is a decent guide. However, I think you should either start Regrowth Pendant or upgrade the Faerie Charm into a Philosopher's Stone.
