Mercury's Treads Wit's End Trinity Force Bloodthirster Guardian Angel are pretty good items for her, 6th item depends per game imo.

Take all the items I said before, but instead of Trinity Force and the 6th item take Frozen Mallet + Atma's Impaler. Works like a charm imo :)

I wouldn't suggest it. Without GA, you haven't built any armor, which is going to make it much easier for AD carries to chunk you. You need some resistances to bolster the strength of your HP.
