Who would be a good lane/support for Twitch? I think I'm at a low enough level that laning with Twitch would still be ok for me. I'm thinking Taric would be a good partner because of the stun.

Any advice for laning with Twitch?

Ummm, idk...

Taric is great for his armor aura to compensate for Twitch's squishyness. That's for sure.

If you are saying low level, i'd suggest trying Nunu or Nidalee. That attack speed :D
+ Nida's spears and Nunu's iceballs can hurt like trucks.

Taric's good because twitch opens with one AA, Taric stuns, Twitch continues attacking, taric shatters, full combo goes down, DEADDDDD

Taric, Leona, Alistar and Blitzcrank are great choices because they can CC the enemy while Twitch chips them down. Some easy kills with your expunge there.
Especially Leona is a great partner because of her hard CC and passive.

I think it's better to set up a kill rather than try to get auto attacks in. The Twitch engage disengage not so strong and it may sound weird saying that for a stealth character but his range and hp kind of suck.

So Taric / Leona / Maybe alistar.
I seen Twitch Janna work.

I'm not a fan of lane Twitch and I have 1000+ games played on Twitch

Cc/burst will work. Twitch either needs someone to set up kills or if the lane goes south be bodyguard. In that sense kind of like Vayne.

One more thing to remember is that it should be someone that can hold the lane on their own since Twitch is wasted if he sticks to the lane. So he should put pressure on the lane with stealth and then try to help mid, steal buffs and be a nuisance. Enough to make the whole team wanna buy pink wards and pay 50 extra each time b.

I see Taric, Janna, Naut, Blitz, Alistar, Jarvan, Nunu and Leona working for him.

I would suggest a support with a decent CC who is tanky like Alistar/Taric/Leona

Taric, blitz and leona are the only reason why I'd even consider lane twitch viable. Twitch is incredibly squishy at the start and needs to go against people at a disadvantage in order to really survive into mid/late game. His range blows, so creep farming is incredibly difficult against people like vayne, cait and ashe who can just mow you down with auto attacks (with minimal help from their supports might I add). Imo, if you're going to play lane twitch, get the supports I suggested and roam, unless your jungle loves your lane and ganks it all the time. Twitch becomes defeated early game by pink wards, so I suggest either your support buy an oracles/pink wards or you stick to roaming.

All and all, twitch loses lanes roughly 70% of the time because other AD carries take a huge **** on him. Good thing he smells to begin with.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and Janna is incredible with twitch. In fact, **** all of my suggestions that I stated before. Janna is the only lady you want with you on bot lane if you decide to go lane twitch. Her shields give you early game muscles (combined with your attack speed from Ambush, you'll win every engagement if met on fair grounds), her slow prevents your targets from gettings away, and her knock up (which is also great for being able to stack on deadly poison stacks)/knock backs will ensure that you're able to survive if you get caught by a pink ward/are about to lose a fight. A good Janna is behind every good lane twitch.
