Why do his moves have to be exactly 15% or 20%? Why not do 16% or 17% or something (if its just lack of wanting to do the math its all good XD just curious)
The W looks good,the E is AoE right? It can't be very big if its droping 500 or so damage and a slow and an attack speed reduction. If you nerfed 3/4ths of his moves and beefed him he'd be like a seriously scary AP Nasus.

I think there should be more ratios that just seem random like this because of the fact that it'd dictate balance a lot more precisely than 20 or 30%, etc.

It still may balance out the skills so if he was real he wouldn't be OP or UP 5% can make a ton of difference. IE instead of going from 25 down to 20% it could be 22% or 21% so it'd still be powerful but not insanely OP.
I'm also confused I saw like Anivia's ult on the page before. So why x7 on his ult in the math?
And I like the fact that he's got web traps. That's pretty sick.

So at level 18 or.... 9 I guess since you can max a skill at 9 with...lets say you're unfed and only have 50 ap. you do... 125 + 20x 2.... that just screams op. 300 damage with a 3 second cooldown at level 9.
yes, but at lvl 9 karthus with the same ap would have 275 damage (120 + 35% ap(17.5) x2(if hits one target) on his q with a 1 second cd. but his didn't always hit so point taken.
well i didn't want to do a lot of math but here it goes.
so in 7 seconds (as thats how long e damage lasts if they take max)
300 ap, lets say his target is poisoned by his passive but that requires different math so ignoring that damage for now(its probably pretty miniscule)
he's dealing 490 with q (125 + 120 x2)
w but that would deal 250 damage (160 + 90)
e dealing.. 630 damage(30 + 60 x 7 seconds).
lastly his ult, dealing 1330 damage (100 + 90 x 7)
and well he'd hit with q again in this time so thats another 490
so thats.. 3190 damage, not counting on magic pen or magic resist. ****.
ok so.. q up to 4 seconds, with 35% ap now.
w is fine really. i see no problems with that.
e is a little bit big. 15% ap would be doing 105 less damage at 300 ap.
his ult is really where the opness comes. 20% ap would bring that down from 1330 to 1120, so yeah.
also nerfing? mana cost.
