Really easy way to practice.
1) Take a photo of yourself.
2) Open the raw, 3100px image (it's probably bigger, but it'll be around that size)
3) Zoom into your face
4) Select the Clone Stamp. Set it to 30% opacity or less. Select a soft brush.
5) Alt+click to get a sample of smooth skin. Normal click to smooth out any blemishes or such. Do it in small circles so it looks continuous.
