Are gold runes worth it?

[/quote] All depends on the support you playing. Playing soraka you say? get gold on both of dem runes, you're not supposed to take aaahaany damage at all. Playing alistair roaming all-day erryday? MS quints and Armour seals, MS sooo awesome and armour almost a must if you want to do anything.[/quote]

I haven't had the chance to try gp10 seals, but most of the time I don't think they're worth it unless you know you're in for a really passive lane. Gp10 quints are fantastic though.[/quote]
