Alright, this is a very good Akali Build, but here are a couple suggestions for the guide itself:

(1) I highly recommend you do a lot of revisions (grammar) to your guide because their are many basic editing errors in it. For example, Tips Chapter; Solo Top Section: "When the enemy is around the turret you can try to attack him but don't go far, because the will attack you." There are also a couple BB Coding errors throughout the guide that can easily be fixed by checking out jhoijhoi's Getting Started Guide.

(2) You spelled Akali wrong for the chapter "Akaly's Story".

(3) The Greater Seals of Vitality are alright if you're going mid lane, but they're absolutely terrible if you're going solo top. Therefore, I suggest that you should at least put a section in the Runes chapter about other viable rune choices. Greater Seal of Resilience are necessary for solo-top laning unless you are against an AP Solo-top.

(4) You need to go a lot more in-depth in general, if you would like this to be a top rated Akali Guide. For example, in the Summoner Spells chapter instead of making humorous reasons for each summoner spell explain the actual reasoning behind it, and in what situation should you use it.

(5) Now in regards to the Item Chapter... A core item is an item that you must build EVERY SINGLE GAME no matter what circumstance, and when you put your entire build as a Core Item, it's like saying that you never have to worry about itemization. On the contrary, you contradicted yourself by making another chapter for Optional Items, and Situational Items.

Very good build, guide needs work though. Overall, the main problem is the lack of detail. Hope I helped, and have a magnificent day!
