I agree with the earlier comment about taking Catalyst before tear. An early Catalyst does a lot more for the mid game, and is very strong when rushed. If you get Tear before Catalyst, you might not have Catalyst until 12 or 13 instead of 9 or 10; meanwhile, haven't both gets you 0 AP, and you've spent about 3k including Sorcerer's Shoes. It think I'd go with:

Catalyst the Protector

Then maybe

before AAS; the tear can wait, I think. A Catalyst sets you back for AP for a bit, and then AP needs to be a priority afterward. Maybe you should even get Deathcap before AAS, depending on whether you can get the blue buff. The closer you get to 18, the less you can depend on the Catalyst passive, so idk. Your call. I just know that AAS is a very finicky item which tends to not be gold-efficient unless you really need the mana/mp5 for your playstyle.

Thank You all for the comments and suggestions i will look into that guide improvement and i will think about the later Archangel's maybe i like to spam too much but i find she runs out of mana a lot. As for the jungler giving me blue i find if the jungler has mana like Udyr, Sion, Shaco, etc. they never give me blue and i do not know why. If it is someone like lee sin, tryn, or shyv they will most often give it to me otherwise i have had some really selfish people (i know there are two blues but i usually luck out and the enemy got theirs). Other than that i really appreciate the comments and up votes and of coarse the kindness!

The only thin that I would like to mention is something that no one else hit on directly which is item order.

Catalyst/rod of ages are great for early-mid game. by getting catalyst before tear/archangels, you will receive mana and hp every time you level up. At early levels this is a huge deal! you wont need to buy any extra potions or go back to base thanks to a free boost ever 3 minutes or so. Not to mention that building out rod of ages earlier gives you a better boost.

Items order is as important as Item selection.

good start

first of all you should really improve on your coding. for instructions, check out jhoijhoi's guide on making a guide. looks really plain and boring right now.

second, you should get the point in utility for extra buffs time as junglers will and should give you the blue buff everynow and then. especially since you are anivia and you are quite mana hungry.

third, you should add more sections and make your information much more indepth. one thing you can also add is a section on how to face enemy mid champs.

I'm not going to vote just quite yet, mainly because there are issues but I think this can be a very successful guide.

1). Your guide looks a bit plain and feels like not a lot of hard work was put into it. Also, there are spelling and grammatical errors within the text. Maybe if you can fix it up and review your work it could look very spic and span. Pictures can also help intrigue your readers so you can avoid being downvoted for "boring" them.

2). Like the poster above, your cheat sheet needs some tweaks. Don't buy Archangel's Staff too quickly because the tear will probably be charged later into the game.

3). Also, the choice of Clarity really confuses me; I suggest taking Ignite and Flash because you will have a jungler to give you blue buff and you're building Catalyst AND Tear of the Goddess AND Mana Regen Runes, which means that you should not be taking Clarity even though you spam your skills.

here's some pointers

you will want to break up those walls of text and start using coding. if you want to learn how look up jhoijhois guide to making a guide. your guide looks really displeasing at the moment an it could look alot better.

items: dont buy archangels so soon, you will not have your tear charged up. (btw, tear o the goddess stacks transfer to archangels just if you didn't know). it will not be worth it.

since you are running clarity, don't take mana regen runes, take vitality. thy give alot of health, and Anivia is really squishy.

masteries: why not take extended blue buff in utility? drop 0.5% move speed, and take the runic mastery. Your jungler should be givin you blue buff to spam your skills.

other than that, good start! hop I helped, and good luck!!
