Here's the rules: http://www.mobafire.com/league-of-legends/forum/mobafire-support/i-have-found-troll-votes-on-the-site-can-i-get-them-deleted-1976
So essentially we can't do anything unless they're cheating the IP system to vote multiple times, which 99% of the time doesn't happen.

Thanks to GrandMasterD for my sig!
I honestly think it's strange that there are virtually no safe guards against troll voters. There are a lot of simple ways to add a limited amount of anti-trolling as opposed to none, lol.
I know the main argument is that MOBAFire needs voters, but I'm talking about the 0-5 post accounts with 0 rep that post an obvious troll vote such as "f". I don't think that betters MOBAFire what-so-ever to have those votes, and beyond that it actually hurts MOBAfire since I'm assuming it is done mostly by people with competing guides, which means that new and promising guides can't get the light of day very easily if at all.
Couple simple ideas to help prevent it?
- Add a +rep requirement to vote on a guide such as +3 rep.
- Add a simple rule against completely obvious troll votes that is loosely enfored by mods when they see it/get reports that meet it's requirement.
- Probably a lot of other ideas, but mainly the first one I mentioned would be a no-back-lash way to add a tiiiiny bit of anti-troll protection.
Juss sayin =P

I think it's been mentioned before, but a minimum rep requirement isn't really all that effective. There are legitimate voters who don't have the time/aren't as active to earn rep on the forums.

You just bought a ticket for the Pain Train. Choo choo.
Huge thanks + hugs to MissMaw for my sigs!
Most of the users on the site don't use the forums, so it's very unlikely they'd have rep or posts. That's why it would dramatically decrease votes in general which would be bad.
Think about how many people sign up JUST TO UPVOTE a guide, you would lose all those people as well.

That's true, didn't consider that. Well, there could still be some level of moderation on it? Like..."If there is a vote that is reported on the basis that it is obviously without reason it could possibly, maybe, again posssssibly, get removed?" Lol, I just think it's so silly that trolls have absolute free ground to do what they love best. Guess there is no real way to deal with it since it's based on quantity instead of quality >< (In regards to votes). Poop, moving on =)
Also, I wouldn't be too sure about the 99% of the time thing with IP changing. Haha, just from personal experience I used to know like 1000 people on cs 1.6 who knew how to consistently change their ip over and over again, it was the least of their tricks ><

@Mowen, tried to report the trollvoters. It just directed me to the thread u showed me, with no option to really report them... Any help?
That's because you can't report people for trollvoting. You can only report them if they're flaming or voting on multiple accounts, and it's pretty had to tell if that's happening.

unless you can prove that they're troll voting then you can't get it removed
No. "Troll voting" is not a punishable offense on this site. Every member of Mobafire is entitled to one vote per guide, up or down, for whatever reason.
The only time you should report votes is if the member is being vicious to the point of being offensive and breaking site rules OR are using multiple accounts to repeatedly downvote a single guide (hard to prove).

Next one is some person with 0 posts saying "Don't is good" and downvoting. Next one is the firstperson saying that boots isn't good on mundo. Next comment is him again saying "f" and downvoting. I spend so many hours to make this. Nothing to do about reverting the vote or neutralizing it? Q_Q
