start boots 3 pots into hextech revolver and then finish it into a wota after your boots (situational but usually mercs or sorcs or CDR boots), and then rylai's, or deathcap if you are winning your lane hard, then get whichever you didn't get first, then void, then hourglass.
you can also stick a spirit visage in after the wota for extra healings and drop the hourglass or sell it for an hourglass if you get that late into the game.
also take heal + ghost

Finish WOTA after buying Rylai's Crystal Scepter
Get Rabadons after that.
Warmog's is a great item to get on Vlad. If you want it, get it after Rabadons or before Rylais
