EDIT: Comment entirely removed, derped hard, checked the vid, it's a unique passive.
I saw 100% cooldown on the unedited comment and I lol'd. Cap is at 40% buddy.

That can't be right. I remember reading somewhere that CDR boots were going to be around the price of berserker grieves. Making them the most expensive boots in the game would reduce it's usefulness by a lot when you can get mercury treads for a 100g cheaper and much more survivability.

I just want to keep smiling FOREVER
Now here's an interesting point: What if you get both Zhonya's and Bansky's? That's an obscene amount of AP (at least 331) while retaining the active of Zhonya's. It is a TON of gold, but if you look at the price cost, you're only spending around 6500 gold for 330 AP and a kick-*** active. That's roughly 19.6 gold per AP, while a Needlessly Large Rod is 20 gold per AP.
So the only thing I can think of is making it impossible to get Zhonya's and Bansky's on the same set - otherwise, the combination of the items defeats the purpose of the Zhonya's split in the first place.

Not at all. They are effectively making the original Zhonya's take up 2 item slots and cost twice the original ammount. The need for a 2nd item slot for the other half of Zhonya's makes getting both items not quite as efficient as the original Zhonya's since you lose out on other unique passives/actives that you might've needed.
I predict that Banksy's will be more popular than Hourglass, since stacking AP and doing more damage seems to be a much more popular thing to do, than getting defense and survivability(unless you're a tank).
Flipping tables is fun!
