You don't necessarily have to use
Undying Rage only when you're about to die, you can use it for free crit chance, spin up to someone, crit them a few times and kill them, then run away :P

meh true I guess, not a trynd player so yeah

- "Best" Ult/s (disregarding weird situational stuff):
Requiem - Allows for massive, global damage. and can really turn a 3v4 or 2v3 ect in you favor due to the amount of un-expected damage that will come in suddenly.
It's totally true, wouldn't say it is the 100% best all the time, but it's good.

True, but so do several other ultimates.

I seriously don't understand this. What is wrong about free damage, spellvamp, and movement speed ever 15 seconds? It wasn't that great before (it was actually still good before), but it's better now. Yes, it gave a little free damage because of the extra mana, but not that much.

[*] Most Underestimated Ult/s - vengeful malestrom - the number of times I have melted people who dished out a lot of damage and then wandered into my ult is very high, they always complain of forgetting it does that lol
So true, that 20% damage reduction is super strong as well.

You haven't played againt a Darius in a teamfight where everyone is in each other faces. He'll just run up to you (

so yeah, discuss, give opinions, reasoning, ect.
I hate Teemo. Teemo. Just die horribly Teemo. So satisfying to kill you.

Well, everyone screams "OMG OP" after they were killed by
Darius' ult. This could be rated as overestimated.
A very underestimated spell is
Fury of the Sands, aswell as the generally underrated
Nasus. Many people which gank
Nasus underestimate this and
Nasus gets a double kill.

The most fun about Nasus is leaving top lane 0/0/0 with 120 + farm for your first outside world adventure. Suddenly, people start realizing you're there and you're farmed.
I think a lot of ultis deserve mentioning: Shen's frequently demoralizes killing target X with his, Gangplank can provide a lot of utility with a well-placed ulti, not to mention those AoE's that can trap entire teams (Malphite, Amumu, Orianna, Sona, Galio)
I highly doubt that
Desperate Power is a bad ult. You'd be surprised how much extra damage Ryze deals with that AoE. Also, The spell vamp is noticable, Especially if you have a
Will of the Ancients to go along with it. And yes, i have build
Will of the Ancients on ryze before. I like it.
I don't agree with
Undying Rage being the most situational ult. I think that spot belongs to twitch's
Spray and Pray. Seriously: If the enemy team gets in a line, And your twitch attacks them with that on, Your twitch just won your team the fight. It's of course, so situational, because if Twitch is an inch out of position, his ult is kinda sh!tty
Finally, I believe that the most underestimated ultimate is Zilean's
Chronoshift. I mean, This ult makes your AD carry go all baylife on the enemy team. I mean, what's better than having your carry live to dish out damage TWICE?!?!
I think this is an effective ult, because it single handedly stops enemy nukers (like
LeBlanc) from tearing your carry to pieces!
I think the best ultimate in the game is Janna's
Monsoon, just because it can separate everyone on the enemy team and secure kills so well (and save your teammates, too!). I mean, Janna's flash ult combo is probably one of the main reasons why she is at the top of Elementz' support tier list

I don't agree with

Tiwtch's
Spray and Pray is good for finishing off running targets. Generally people run in a straight line, so that extra range is super helpful.

Meh, I just really hate the new version of ryze as a whole, before I was decent with him, now he just feels off to me, prolly a little biased. And zileans ult does basically the same thing as
