You're allowed to do anything you want if you're willing to take flack for it. I'm not going to set boundaries on what's viable / not plus some people may be interested in testing their builds etc. However, I'm not going to stop everyone on the team telling you that it was a bad idea if you do poorly. :P As long as they're not breaking the rules!

it doesn't really matter as long as you're
a) willing to work around other people and what they want to play
b) willing to accept any constructive criticism (which you'll probably get a lot of if you play ad jungle ryze).
